Thank you for choosing the

NorCal Diesel Pit Pass™ Membership. 

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your membership with NorCal Diesel. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms.

Membership Benefits

For one low monthly payment, members receive:

• Three (3) Premium Oil & Filter Services per membership year
• One (1) Complimentary Check Engine Diagnostic per membership year (up to a $285 value)
• Five percent (5%) off qualifying parts purchases
• Priority Scheduling
• Complimentary Multi-Point Inspection at each service visit
• One Annual Tow/Road Trip Inspection
• DEF, washer fluid, and coolant top-offs (when applicable)
• Maintenance reminders

Benefits reset each membership year.

Unused benefits do not carry over.

Membership Commitment

This membership requires an initial 12-month commitment.

Membership payments are automatically charged each month using the payment method on file.

Following the initial 12-month commitment, membership will continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled in accordance with this agreement.

Payment Authorization

Member authorizes NorCal Diesel to automatically charge the payment method on file each month.

If payment cannot be processed:

• Membership benefits are suspended until payment is received.
• NorCal Diesel may attempt to reprocess the payment.
• A declined payment does not cancel the membership.

Early Cancellation

If the Member cancels before completing the initial 12-month commitment, Member agrees to pay the greater of:

• $250 Early Termination Fee, OR
• The retail value of all membership benefits used, less membership payments already made.

Early termination fees are due immediately upon cancellation.

Vehicle Eligibility

Membership applies only to:

• One enrolled VIN
• One owner

Membership may not be transferred to another owner.

NorCal Diesel may approve a one-time transfer to another vehicle owned by the Member in cases of vehicle replacement.

Exclusions

Membership does not include:

• Oversized oil capacities
• Specialty oils or specialty filters
• Commercial fleet vehicles (unless separately enrolled)
• Customer-supplied parts
• Towing services
• Major engine or transmission repairs
• Performance tuning
• Additional diagnostic time beyond the included diagnostic
• Repairs not specifically listed as membership benefits

Additional charges may apply.

Parts Discount

Five percent (5%) discount applies to qualifying parts only.

Discount excludes:

• Special order parts
• Engines
• Transmissions
• Performance packages
  

Discount cannot be combined with any other offers.

Scheduling

Appointments are required.

Priority scheduling does not guarantee same-day service.

Member Responsibilities

Member agrees to:

• Maintain current payment information.
• Schedule maintenance within recommended intervals.
• Present membership information when scheduling service.
• Keep contact information current.

Limitation of Liability

NorCal Diesel is not responsible for:

• Mechanical failures resulting from missed maintenance.
• Pre-existing vehicle conditions.
• Damage caused by aftermarket modifications.
• Manufacturer defects.
• Downtime or loss of income.

Membership Changes

NorCal Diesel reserves the right to modify membership benefits for future membership terms.

Existing members will receive advance notice of material changes.

Automatic Renewal

After the initial 12-month commitment, membership renews automatically on a month-to-month basis until canceled in writing.

Members may cancel after the initial commitment by providing at least 30 days' written notice before the next billing date.

Agreement

By purchasing the NorCal Diesel Pit Pass™, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Membership Agreement.
